Define and Deploy Company Strategy
Led the development and deployment of core business strategy for a $200MM/yr PE backed digital transformation services firm using OGSM/OGSP and OKRs as the primary tools.
Corporate Transformation
Led the establishment of a transformation office for a major digitally native consumer goods manufacturer. Began by restructuring of the PMO to become an Enterprise PMO and federated model for project management. Stood up necessary enabling technologies and budgeting/planning processes and began driving, supporting, and/or tracking the company's core initiatives.
Supply Chain Integration
With McKesson's acquisition of US Oncology in 2011, facilitated the transition of US Oncology practices to sourcing through McKesson for oncolytics, biologics, and ultimately med-surg supply. Each required roadmapping of key initiatives.
Enabling Tech Platform Standardization
For US Oncology's 30 physician owned practices ranging from$200MM to $1.5B/yr in annual revenues (each with a different mixture of on-premise and cloud-based technologies), drove the conversion to a standard enabling technology platform for the EMR, the laboratory Information system, the practice management system, picture archiving systems, radiation oncology information system, etc... This enabled millions in savings from leveraging vendors, support. consolidation of support, and a standard data exchange framework between systems that allowed for electronic charge capture, etc..
Drug Inventory Management Optimization
While with US Oncology / McKesson Specialty Health, drove the optimization of the network's oncology and immunotherapy drug inventory management across >450 sites and two distribution centers...reduced days inventory-on-hand (DIOH) and ensured 100% availability of drug for treatment.
